It’s a preparation update for Windows 10 Fall Creators Update and raises the build number to 16299.15. This cumulative update removes the watermark on the desktop, and the new build does not have a runtime limit like previous builds.
Microsoft has not provided details of the update. I’ve read information that Microsoft is testing upgrade features. The above screenshot shows a LanguageFeatureOnDemand update KB4046355 too. German site deskmodder.de reports also, that there is a FeatureOnDemandDotNet35 update.
