A few days ago Microsoft released the Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18356 in Fast Ring (see Windows 10: Insider Preview 18356 in Fast Ring) and updated it to 18356.1 (see Windows 10: Insider Preview Builds 18351.8 / 18356.1). As of March 15, 2019, Microsoft has released the Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18356.1 also in the Slow Ring according to this addendum in the Windows Blog. There are no hints what has changed in this version compared to build 18356. I guess, it’s the fix that’s preventing Insider to be dropped out of the Preview program.
