Just a shorty: Microsoft has released (beside Insider Preview Build 17115 [RS4]) also Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17618 for Insiders opted for Skip Ahead ring (Redstone 5 aka Windows 10 V1809). They announced it at Windows Blog, and Sets (introduced and removed in RS4) will be aboard.
